De Menken keuken specialises in sauces supplied in traditional consumer packaging formats of 150 grams to bulk formats of 10 kg. In addition, they form a strong basis for our own salads and are also supplied semi-finished in 1000 litre tanks to industrial clients. Whether the sauces as used as a tasty addition to dishes, or supplied semi-finished, they are produced in our own kitchen and do not leave our site until they have passed our rigorous quality and taste tests. From rich cocktail, garlic, shoarma or honey/mustard sauce, to ravigote sauce with onion and gherkins; De Menken keuken is the taste expert.
